Celebrating Sunday Mass at St. Joseph's Cathedral
ZANZIBAR
Sunday 4th November 2012.
It was wonderful Fr. Richard de Lord celebrated Sunday Mass at St. Joseph's Cathedral which was ever so touching.
Fr. Richard made a great sermon but unfortunately the PA Mike system was not set loud enough.
It was most wonderful meeting up with many Zanzibar folks after mass.
We also had Fr. Richard celebrate Mass on the following Sunday at our Mapenzi Beach Resort.
On the same Sunday 4th November 2012, we had planned a picnic for all folks living in Zanzibar but unfortunately this had to be cancelled as Merwyn & Pervin who were going to host the picnic on the Team behalf at their home in Bwejuu did not return to Zanzibar from Delhi until the following Sunday. This was due to unforeseen circumstances.
